Feeling I’m going crazy?

I’m having thoughts of it and I’m trying to tell myself that it will not happen. Right now my thoughts are theres something sensitive on my brain and it’s making me think that I might lose my mind. Anyone relate?

You and me both. My fear is that I'm either going schitzophrenic or just losing it. Either way, the fear leads me to worrying that I'm gonna lose the ability to do what I love and become a burden on my family.

I think if we fear that we might go crazy, probably says that we won’t. That’s the stuff I’ve been reading up just now. I’m overly stressed about shit and honestly some are just too small to even deal with. I feel like a burden too... but I’m sure they understand what’s going on.
