Surely this can’t be anxiety !?!?

I’m sick of this ! I really am 😭 I’m 16 and the pains I get are unreal !😭 my left arm/armpit feels numb and heavy and the vein in my neck throbs and hurts 😭 I’ve had ecg’s and blood tests that came back fine but these pains are just too much they really are and the dizziness is just too much !

When you have exhausted all the possibilities and the doctors give you the all clear you have to trust them that it is ANXIETY. This thing can show itself in so many different ways because our bodies are made up differently.

Anxiety often responds to a psycho (talking) therapy in a relatively short amount of time. The specific treatment approach depends on the type of anxiety disorder and its severity. In general, most anxiety disorders are treated with behavioral therapy, medication, or some combination of the two.
