It’s day 7 now at first I felt no anxiety but I think this was because I was taking both Zoloft and Venlafaxine together as a cross taper. Now I’m feeling very anxious and low. The thought of waiting 4-6 weeks feels impossible right now.
If you have been ok it how long did it take to see improvements?
It’s bin about a good 6months I bin on zoloft and Ativan I had terrible anxiety and I just got fed up with it all so I got up and said I’m done with this and started hitting the gym working out and eating clean and taking my zoloft and Ativan now I feel great took me about a good 2 months fighting this and it works trust me keep fighting. Anxiety is hard I no I don’t wish it on anyone but it’s all in are minds keep going with the treatment you are not alone you will definitely be ok 💪🏼🙂
