Heavy head

My head literally feels like it's going to fall over . Such a weird symptom . Anyone else ?

Hi

I have experienced ,in the past , that my head felt to big and heavy for my body .

It was during a time of experiencing high anxiety .

Yes very bad today. It comes and goes. Feels like its gonna roll off my shoulders.

My feeling no did eventually go .

I have experienced many strange things through out my body since suffering anxiety but most have now gone and life a little more normal for me .xx

Hopefully over time you will be the same .

Don't fight it just except sensations but try not to let it fear you .x

I feel it randomly . Nothing triggers it. Been feeling it for like 2 weeks now
