So my right foot has had these little achey pains and has been feeling numb and swolen since either Thursday or Friday.
Now ive noticed this feels more obvious when I wear this particular pair of black shoes.
I stopped eating alot of sweet things in general since Early September but in these past two weeks I have been more loose when it comes to my sugar intake, which makes me so afraid I have diabetes and will need an amputation, or that its a sign of a soon approaching death.
It definitely has more feeling than from Friday, and sometimes it feels normal but it does more swollen.
This is worrying me so much.

I hate to hear you are feeling such distress. I have OCD and am struggling with a bit of it tonight. Kind of stinks. But I know this will pass. What you are feeling feels horrible but your brain may just be over reacting and giving loads of unwanted fear and stress. Be sure to get the help you need and testing from physicians. Hope you can get some rest. The answer are in your future just try to relax and find something that helps get your mind off it for the time being. Please keep posting.
Please don't believe I have it figured out. Waiting is hard. It is an art form I am still trying to get used to. And my anxiety is relenting. So please don't believe I am undermining your struggle. Just do your best minute by minute and if you fail just rest and have grace for yourself and try again when you are ready.
If worried go to the GP I did for similar problems, vibrating feet, pins and needles and numb legs and they did a blood test for diabetes and Other stuff and came back normal. Takes a massive worry off you that way.
