Unable to sleep at all.

So I'm writing this from my bed. Its 3am and I still feel wide awake. My anxiety is flaring as a result of not getting sleep, and I can't think of why I can't get to sleep. I was good all day toda, but now it just seems horrid. The only thing I did different is drink 2 24oz propel waters, but that was all before 17:00. Could it be the 50mg of zoloft I'm taking?

Hi have you a problem with your sleep or do you have regular restless nights? Doctors don't like prescribing sleeping tablets as they are addictive. If you are having restless nights why don't you try a herbal remedy there are good herbal remedies for insomnia . Search google for sleeping aid or search e-bay.
