Update: area is still tender when touched

So the area at my head is still tender when touched I have a slight head ache still I’m doing ok

I am so similar to you with health worries, however, I can usually be more objective with other people's health concerns. My understanding of a serious head injury, and specifically a concussion is that: There may be a loss of consciousness (brief), a sizable lump on head, some nausea, inability to remember day, date, etc, and real tiredness. It doesn't sound like you have these. My son had 3 concussions, and I remember each time he was sufficiently exhausted that he had to stay home from school and mostly lay on couch. Best to get a good night's sleep and reassess tomorrow. If not better, then think about MD.
