Literally just woke up now with this bad sharp pain under my left shoulder blade that moved and shoots down my right leg. Freaked me out so badly I googled it and now ya I know don't Google!!! But but now I am worried cause yes according to Google its a heart attack..
My arms even started hurting!!!
I'm thinking please God don't wanna die now!!!
So, what are you going to do? If it were a heart attack you wouldn't be posting or reading this reply. I can't assure you it's not a serious medical problem, but you can go to a hospital. Please take care of yourself.
Its one of the most common symptoms of stress and anxiety you would know if it's a heart attack go to the gp tho and get checked out
I started anxiety meds and my bazillion different weird symptoms mostly disappeared... was convinced of death daily. Hang in there we are here for you!
Oh anxiety has so many symptoms it could be just one of them i know how horrible it is with shooting pains i think the worse of them. Try to relax and not overthink it. Hope u feel better.
