Cold and anxiety

Does anyone anxiety get worse when they have a cold. I have a runny nose and the standard cold symptoms and my anxiety is going crazy. I've had to tape over my nipples to stop it rubbing and I think it's pulling on the skin and giving me chest pain. Well at least I hope it's that. Hope it's not the heart

No, it's probably cause u have a stopped up nose and can't breathe like u want . I hate colds smh but your chest is just a symptom of anxiety ... I'm peeing like crazy now cause I'm kinda going through it now smh

Hi Sandy1710, yes I too experience my anxiety bad when I get a cold and worse with allergies and/or sinuses. But I agree with Vicky810 as well. When you get a stuffed up nose or any congestion it makes you feel as if you can't breath. I'm constantly checking my breathing. I did get some comfort when I went to see my doctor. i felt as if I couldn't breath but yet my oxygen was a 99 and all my vitals were good, so I summed it up to be in my head worse due to the fact that I was feeling sick. I pray you get to feeling better

My chest pains are always different. Today it's going under my left arm pit and I'm yawning and catching my breathe a lot. Along with left arm pain. When will it end
