does anybody know that if your nerves are sensitized for a long period of time they can't get better

Yes they can but everyone is different I have episodes that come stay for a while or years then leaves and I can go years with out them. So it depends on u and what all u have going on

i'm afraid to go off my meds I've had anxiety for 5 years and my thoughts keep it going

What r u on your body changes ever 5 years so what works for someone in there 20tys it want work in there 30tys but may work in there 40tys it something your Dr will have to play with to get the right one

21/2mg klonopin 30mg buspar and 60mg of cymbalta for 5 years with a couple changes

I have 0.5 xanax and I have tried both of the other meds I can't take depresent they make me worse but the Xanax where a life saver when I was really bad
