Heartburn and bubbling in my chest for 4 days and what feels like palpitations. Feels like a singling feeling or like my heart does a flip in my chest. I don't know if it's wind moving up and down or my heart? Anyone ever had this?

I do! I often have to lay and take my pulse and find that the feeling is typically reflux as my pulse stays the same. It's awful!
