bladder pain

Does anyone have bladder pain when their anxiety is bad? I'm hurting and i'm depressed

I get pain but not due to infection I think this is my anxiety also and not very nice at all hun I try pain killers my gp says no matter what u take for pain if it's your anxiety it won't work which is true but sure I'm getting laughed at deep down hope yah feeling better soon hun xx
