Advice?

Where would one go except to find out what sort of anxiety/depression they might have? Is there a specific doctor or just your normal one?

The best is to see a psychiatrist who specializes in mental illness. He may then direct you to a therapist or put you on medication. But he is your best choice. Good Luck x

I suggest you go to see your GP explain the symptoms and then hopefully get referred to a Psychriastrist or counsellor. I say hopefully as things keep changing and much depends on funding, however they are now ploughing more into mental health. Once you have seen a professional you will soon be on the road to recovery 😃 Hope this is helpful 🤗
