Is venlafaxine to blame?

I have had generalised anxiety disorder many years and had various medications which some have been not effective,i developed graves didease 7years ago and symptoms were really similar to anxietywas causing palpitations,shakes,early memapause.over active mind,panic attacks,loss of weight lackof sleep and some breathlessness,last year my ankles swelled and I had water tables then due to having bloods done it was discovered I had b12 defitioncy which I believe also causes anxiety symptoms and sleepiness which i had.i am taking venlafaxine,propranolol.quetiaoine folic acid 3 monthly b12 injections,thyroxine and carbimazole.at night i was on 225mg venlafaxine--i 75mg morning an 2 at night i also took quetiapine 50 mg at night as well as mornings but ny anxiety and shakes,funny sensation in the arms and legs and a feeling my insides were speeding i decided to cut the night tables hoping i would get up and not feel so bad it went for a week but came back and that what happens ii does seem worse about 2 weeks or so after b12 injection.i have started taking the venlafaxine at night again but no difference.
