I've felt sick off and in for about 2 years. It's almost like flu symptoms but I can't pin point what it could be. I'm in the emergency room so often and everything seems to always come back normal. I've taken ultrasounds and blood tests NOtHing !!!!! Anxiety has always been a thought, can anyone relate or am I crazy and alone!?

Anxiety causes me to be nauseous quite often. I always have ginger ale around me and pretzels.

Hi Momwife4, Sometimes when anxiety goes on for a while other issues can creep in. Although not life threatening, they can be life altering. Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia and other Muscular Skeleton issues can exacerbate the already chronic anxiety disorder. Finding a doctor such as a Rheumatologist may be able to give you some answers that blood tests and ultrasounds couldn't.

Two years of feeling sick with flu like symptoms can sap the energy out of you. Knowing what you are dealing with is always the best answer. Wish you well x
