Getting panic attacks when drive on motorway

Hi at the moment I can't drive on motorway & dual carriageway which I was driving 10 yrs before. I am getting light weight feeling like when the flight get take off & panic. If anyone can help me to come out from this situation. Thanks

Would having someone in the car with you help? Even for a few runs.

Thanks for reply. I did try but i am getting more worried about other person. Because I don't want other person get injured

Let them drive for a while and maybe it will give you a chance to get used to it again?
