Cant stop worrying !

I feel like a frequent spasm feeling in my heart area . Its making mea so scared . I have done many tests but doctors dont seem concerned. Also sometimes I feel like a resistance to blood flow in my lower absomen , this is the best I can describe . I feel like there is an aneurysm . Im 16 can this happen at my age?

Aw I'm sorry! I understand how you feel! I worry all the time too. My grandpa always told me " if you can't do anything about it, don't worry about it" well easier said then done. The first step I would do if I were in your shoes would go to the doctor and get it checked out. Take some deep breaths. And if it's nothing, I would go to a therapist or if you already have a therapist, talk to them about it. Sometimes just talking it out helps! Everything will be OK, try to distract yourself
