Gerds and anxiety

Last night I had the worst stomach pain I'm thinking it was my acid reflux acting up but it gave me the worst headache. I laid in bed thinking I was having a heart attack or stroke. I prayed it would get worse or if not that I would wake up in the morning. I did wake up and it got some better. But now my anxiety it through the roof. I hate when I have acid reflux issues bc the pain mimics heart pain and sends my anxiety into over drive. Anyone else have any experience like this?

The docs had me take this GI Cocktail

It was like a benedryl pill then in a cup they had Maalox, lidocaine and some other thing in there. WORST THING I EVER DRANK!!! 🤢🤕🤒

It numbed and masked the pain. I went in thinking I was in the middle of a heart attack, but EKG was "normal" X-rays were "normal" and all blood work came back as .....you guessed it "normal" they never really dive in and explain things so it's like what in the world is "normal"?!! Anyway getting side tracked....yes digestive issues at a PITA but I'd look into maybe getting on some acid reflux meds....nexium for instance
