Hi, I'm Aiza and I'm 21. My body feels very weak and shaky today, and I just feel emotionally numb. Why do I have to go through all of this? 😔 I'm so tired.

Hello, I see you have just joined this venue, so welcome. Basically your post said you were tired, shakey, numb and why did this have to happen to you.

You're not alone, must of us have had those nasty symptoms at one time or another and have also had the blues about it.

I think it would be helpful if you posted a bit more about yourself and your situation so other members can determine how they can reach out to you.

As most of the US are sleeping, you may not receive many replies from there for a while. But folks in Australia are enjoying their afternoon and see your post. And it's morning in England.

Keep your head up. Just know there are people who understand what you are going through.. If you would like to share a bit more about your situation it may help. I find it does.
