Zoloft stopped only after a week and so depressed
Just because you feel this way now doesn't mean that the Zoloft has stopped working. In fact, it's barely even started. Your body is just trying to make sense of the medication right now, so cycling from one extreme to the other while you adjust is definitely normal. I know I was feeling major lows while starting out, but it got better after a month and I've felt as stable as I've ever been before the anxiety.
Keep your chin up and keep taking the medication. I hope things get better for you soon.
I'm paranoid I'm going psych otic
It's a scary feeling, isn't it? I remember being at my parents' house when I was first on Zoloft, crying hysterically because I was deep in the grips of my anxiety and depression and I was so scared that this was how it was going to be for the rest of my life. But it wasn't. My brain just needed to relearn what it was like to not be afraid and depressed all the time. And I feel so much better now that all those weeks of hell feel more than worth it.
You're going to get better. Don't lose hope. And we'll be here to help you every step of the way.
