With the loss of appetite I find myself stressing when it comes time to eating. I don't know know why and I don't know what to do. I have started to feel almost nauseous when eating and swallowing, I have noticed it happenes after I eat sometimes too. I want to say it's like a phantom nausea because it's there yet, it's not. I think, more like know I'm causeing it by stressing and having anxiety.

In a way I'm glad to know I'm not alone but it does suck. I get periods where I'm fine and take advantage to eat though after I get anxious. May we get better soon. ☺️
