Hi my name is Bhong. I recently developed Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD). I would like to know how is it being treated. Need help from here. Thanks.

I recently developed the same thing I am 17 years old so my doctor put me on (10mg) propranolol, 2 in the the AM and 2 in the PM, They take away some of the anxiety symptoms such as a fast heart beat, palpitations and tightness & I can safely say that I have improved so much and have only been on them for a matter of days. Wether it's placebo effect or not, it worked for me! I'm constantly worried about dying but these stop my adrenaline and hypertension, you may feel tired and your hands and feet may be tingly but it is all completely normal! and quite frankly I would much rather have cold extremities and feel lethargic then have a panic attack on the daily, hope this helps x
