Is this anxiety .

I've suffered anxiety a few years now on 15g lexapro. Anyway I was at an event earlier on my feet all day , at one stage I dipped down admiring a baby in his pram.

Got dizzy and since then I feel awful.

I've extreme tiredness, pressure on my head, hot flashes and my body has stiffened up, I feel really woozy too. I kept wanting to go to the toliet , last time sorry to be gross but I had diorrea . I'm now freezing cold too.

I feel dreadful too . aaasrgh hate feeling like this , I'm snappy with the kids too.
