25mg of sertaline.

Ive been taking 25mg for 5months now and its only just started to help with my social anxiety and panic attacks, has anyone else been ok just on 25mg rather than increasing to 50mg? Although it its helping me cope with fears I still feel kind of down and not able to feel happy about life.

Maybe you should talk to your doctor, objective often is to keep medication levels low and learn how to find other ways to deal with your issues. It is sometimes a form of "band-aid" while you learn how to deal with stress, etc. Unless there has been a significant trauma, etc. that you have not mentioned.

Hi, I've been on 50mg for +5 years. I'm almost afraid to stop as still get anxious when in uncomfortable situation so tend to worry what I would be like if I was not taking. Not sure this helps you, but wanted to let you know my timelines. Good luck with the anxiety control.
