Since I been in this nightmare of Dp/dr I have introduced healthy foods to my diet and I still don't feel a difference. So I don't know. Maybe later on if I keep eating them. Sugar and caffeine is a no no for us with anxiety. I try to stay away
Yes actually. I notice when I eat a lot, or eat bad foods.. I'm more anxious. When I eat healthy and small portions, I'm less anxious. That's what it seems like anyway.
I've been trying to figure this out myself! I'm still testing it but I think it's probably different for everyone.
I've found that eating a banana a day has helped me quite a bit. I also have ibs and have finally got to see a Dietician after asking for one multiple times over 18 months. I've got a list of foods to cut out but not one to eat more of.
