Has anyone had physical sympto...
You have been having these symptoms for five whole months? Have you at least gone to see a psychiatrist to so you can be put on best treatment for your case?
This is stress that you are having your body endure for so long. Is enduring that level of suffering really what you think you are worth?
I get it but I've been through sooo many test and medicines for anxiety I'm starting to think it is something else so doctors are no help I'be gone to a mental health physician and they say it's in ur mind but I'm not even thinking about it it's the physical pain that hurts I endure everytime I wake up and everytime I sleep. I've never had panic attack and anxiety before this is new and no history of it in family either...why would anyone want to live life in pain at 19 physical pain. It hurts that others don't understand but it's something that I've gotten past thanks for your advice I appreciate it
the thing about getting quality mental health care is that you have to keep trying until you find it. So please don't give up, on finding the right person to help you.
Have you ever been to a neurologist? maybe see if you can get referred to one at a university hospital or something like that. those like to have patients come in with weird cases so they can figure them out.
A neurologist can tell you if the problem is psychiatric or if it is a medical issue. That way you can get the diagnosis and then know what to fo from there.
for mental care to improve, it will take a lot of people demanding better care to happen. there are still many doctors out there who are just in it to make money and don't really connect with their patients on a human level.
