My anxiety causes me to have actual chest pain.it moves from the front left to the back to the side. Even the right side and shoulders too. I hate it ...I get convinced I'm about to have a real heart attack.

When I get like this I have to constantly convince myself that I'm not having a heart attack. It's exhausting. And I hate that horrible adrenaline release. My brain tells me ...this is it I'm dying
