I really have to stay off of google

I was on Google and just saw something that really put me in to panic mode. Does anybody else have cavity fillings?

One of the first things they told us in CBT class......stay off the internet! Not all info is accurate, and it also depends how you put a search ques. in as to what google brings up. Meaning that you may get a worse case scenario and a liveable scenario.

I used to take it as the truth and panic but now I know it can never be a diagnosis, even though it would say this is not to be taken as a diagnosis, and to see your GP, but I ignored it, i admit to being my own worst enemy A medical examination or bloods will tell us what we need to know if anything is there. I have kicked my own butt to change lol
