my back is in so mush pain today and my chest has flutters in it to its doing my head in
i wood like a day that iam not in pain my doc sed that it is my anxiety i do all my brerthing but some times it dont help and some times it dos i do all things all day to take my mind off the pain and the anxiety but it dont work so unhappy

Sorry you are having such a tough time. Anxiety can feed on your worry about it. And that is a tough cycle to break.
I couldn't tell for certain if you were saying your doctor was telling you that your back pain was caused by your anxiety.
Are you taking any medication for your anxiety?
Wondering if you are seeing a doctor or therapist to help you deal with your anxiety. That I think would be of help for you.
Please just take things a few minutes at a time. Good to hear you are trying to stay busy. I know that helps me, but I know my limits, try to pace myself, and take time to rest by trying to read or watch a program on the television with my spouse.
Do you have a dog or cat or other pet? Walking with my dog every morning, no matter how I feel, is helping me release some of the tension of anxiety.
Just wanted you to know I have felt the way you do now, and that there is hope to get better. I only shared some of the things that work for me that may of help for you.
