Haven't posted in a while been so unwell since Saturday And fell much better than I was keep having the feeling sick 😞 And just feel very strange today 😞 Keep going but just wearing me out roll on when my mans home for cuddles :)

You will get through it just remember to look after yourself when your having a bad time whatever works for you. It will pass and you will have good days again x

They just feel never ending n very really have good ones any more I feel horrible everyday even when around my partner and kids I just want to give up it's just never ending :(

And it's like today I'm tiyerd for no reson have tummy cramps feel sick but I can eat just feel run down

Are you getting any support from the doctors? I have IBS alongside anxiety so know how you feel with the feeling poorly too. Have you tried counselling/cbt or learnt what your triggers are? X

I've been to the docs abit it and they tested me for ovs and said I haven't got it and they gave me medication but they were antidepressants and I had bad reactions to all of them and they put me on a waiting list for councling but haven't heard anything yet and no I haven't tryed cbt just every day it's like today again feel crap again it's like never ending and I'm just to scear to go to the docs I hardly go out any more 😞

You need some support to break the cycle that your in. I have counselling and it's good. I went private in the end as waiting list was ages. Hope you don't have to wait too much longer. Try not to take too much on and find ways to relax - I find relaxation/meditation/mindfulness stuff on YouTube helpful. Breathing exercise are good too. Good luck x
