Latley ive had my anxity attacks pretty much under control but I'm schedule to get on a plane in 2 days and I'm scared out of my mind I'm afraid I'm going to freak out on the plane can someone please give me some comforting advice

Do u take meds if not ask your Doctor to give u something so u can relax or try not to worrying to much about it your mind playing tricks on u.
