For those who suffer from depersonalization and derealization like myself , how is your situation ? How do you feel ? Is it weird looking at yourself in pictures and social networks ?

When this hell started over 9 weeks ago I was questioning everything. Life, existence, and all this weird stuff. Then that went away but then the fake unreal feeling is here 24/7. Everything looks intense outside and when I walk in a stores the lights make me feel like I'm dreaming. I never had a problem with looking at myself. I had a few good days but just now I started feeling this rush in my body and the unreal panic feeling was coming. I rushed to my room so it wouldn't get worst. I didn't want to go into tunnel vision. Now I'm just in my bed feeling all kinds of rushing vibrations and panic unreal feeling all over my legs and arms. This is hell.
