I went back to work today after Easter bank holiday. I had a few feelings that I was going to "die" but I quickly tried to divert my attention.
When I feel weak at work, I instantly think I have low blood sugar so I eat a bar of chocolate. I'm already over weight and this is just making me even fatter but I don't know what else to do. The chocolate makes me feel like I won't fall.
I'm at my wits end. I HATE ANXIETY.
