Hello! I'm new here,
I'm 18 and currently doing my Leaving cert. My anxiety has grown and developed over the last few years. It wasn't bad but now I suffer with nervous stomach pains and I'm always over thinking the smallest things. I recently had to quit my job due to bullying in the workplace by my boss. Now I feel I failed and because I'm now looking for a job I'm extremely over thinking everything. Is there any techniques anyone uses that are helpful to calm yourself. Any help at all would be much appreciated!!
