Won't go away

I suffer from panic and anxiety attacks haven't had one in a while today I am sitting at home watching a movie then boom panic and anxiety kicks in worse than ever... What to do? I am already taking rescue tablets

I would say try to stay calm and start breathing deeply and slowly, focussing only on your breathing if you can. Tell yourself it's only anxiety and it will pass.

I had the same thing tonight as I was cooking dinner. It came on really badly. I stopped what I was doing, sat down and focussed on breathing. It passed enough for me to carry on what I was doing but it left me really tired...

Do you feel exhausted after an anxiety attack?
