So i had a bad trip due to marijuanna and i have been having anxiety for a while along with many symptoms such as shortness if breath,heart palpitations,dizziness ,arm and leg pain, throat pain ,headaches , etc but i have never had an anxiety attack which i dont understand because i always have very high anxiety till the point where i am cry allday ..is it possible to not have anxiety attacks but have very high anxiety?
