Anxiety chest pain

Hello.. I suffer from anxiety and last week or so I have weird pressure stingy pain around my chest when I'm lying on stomach.. I don't know is that from anxiety or something else..

I feel alone constantly I don't have anyone to talk to or anything..

lupin96, as long as you have the forum, you are not alone. There is always someone who can relate to what you are feeling. My interpretation of what you may be feeling when lying on your stomach is nerve caused. Usually a nerve being pinched between the rib cage can cause that stinging pain. Does it go away when you change positions??
