Have anyone else felt like a pulse in back of their head?

Yesterday i was walking with my son and i felt like my head shaking on the back and i felt like i couldn't breath, my lega feel giggly, and i have an urge to get in my car, i got freaked out, when i was approaching my car i was shaking and i was just desespérate to open the door, i even dropped my son i was so nervous i was going to have a seizure or something, i got into my car and my heart was racing and i was shaking like i never shook before i felt so scared omg this is happening a lot lately i feel it in my legs and it goes up to my head. (Sorry for the long story lol)

Has anyone else suffered from this? Can this be anxiety?

It's likely the anxiety. I get the same feeling but in my throat. A lot of the time it comes out of nowhere.
