Seizure and anxiety advice

I don't know if anyone else has it like me I'm probably just not very educated about this that's why I'm scared and scared to look on google but is anyone else scared to have a seizure?? Like my body shakes sometimes and my body shakes and it's so scary

Yes, my fiancé has epilepsy and ever since my anxiety got really bad, I've been sooo scared of having a seizure. I've never been scared of this before I started dating him and have seen him have them. But I get this feeling all the time that I'm going to have a seizure. Idk if it's anxiety or what, but it's soo scary and it kept me from sleeping for months. It's a little better now, but I still get it often😣😓
