Does anybody else experience sharp pains in chest? They come on so suddenly and only last for a couple of seconds to a minute... they freak me out so much

yes babe i do my chest goes so tight and hardly anyone with anxiety that i know of has that feeling, sometimes i get like a throbbing feeling in my heart and it scares me so much. I've messaged you my number please please please send me a text i really want to ask you some questions
