Thanks, I need to figure it out. I have so much to offer...some days I totally forget that and go into defense mode.

Sometimes we can do this , it could be fear which anxiety is fear and we go in defense mode protecting ourselves from maybe hurt which we cannot cope with

I am sure you do have a lot to offer and maybe as you work on yourself and your problems eventually you will be able to make someone very happy x
