I went back to the docs today, my anxiety was unbearable, he gave me some Diazepam to take the edge off untill the meds start kicking in.

Well its certainly isnt for the lack of you giving it your all this week ,thats for sure

Well I think you no the Diazepam , will do the trick , while the other meds get working & GP'S do this often short term , so hopefully you will feel a bit better over the weekend

They will LM , I have the odd one

When you are feeling a bit better , maybe see if you can trigger what maybe causing the mornings to be worse

I no I dont like a silent house , so I soon as I get up , I put radio or TV on to distract my wonderful brain , before it starts to distract me

I wake up too early with anxiety and that lasts most of the day, i do my best to keep busy and try not to think about it.

Hi LM sorry to hear you have had such a bad day, the diazepam will help, I have them, but I don't take them, I used to take the odd half tablet, but haven't for a long time as they made me to sleepy. Hope your meds kick in soon for you.

Well I wish I could say either of the young ladies , but I cant they are my daughters , but believe me they do take after their mum , they have my genes

Sorry to hear it's such a struggle at the minute. I did find diazepam a help when at my worst. Often helped just knowing it was there as an option if I needed it.
