Hej I am a taxi driver, I have had some panic attack before, now while driving get suddenly dizzy like I can't control it like passing out?? Someone? Have the same

Very much so yes i had them symtons daily for years a was the only one to control it aswell

All the time, daily actually. Obviously get yourself checked out from your family doctor. If this is anxiety which are definitely sounds like it could be, The key though very difficult it is to allow it to happen and except what is happening to your body at that particular moment. Facing , excepting , floating , and letting the time pass. Practice some breathing exercises 5/ 6 times a day, for about three minutes. Good luck my friend
