Going to the doctor today I have been feeling scared , having thoughts of dying, body feeling heavy all the time, shortness of breath, and now feeling like I need to punch the walls or something, I'm starting to feel anger, and feeling very aware of myself and my surroundings . I hope they can help me I'm scared that I will go crazy . I can't go crazy😩😞 I have a baby and a husband to be here for and to take care of I have to finish my degree! 😖 can this also be apart of postpartum depression and anxiety? this Buspar and Zoloft is not cutting it at all .

Hi Vicky810, What you are experiencing could very well be a mix of post partum and anxiety. Although you do have a lot on your plate right now in being a new mother, wife and student. I commend you. Having a new baby is a demanding job in itself. Sounds like you want to be super woman and it is stressing you out. Feeling anger may be coming from feeling out of control at the minute. Buspar and Zoloft are not miracle pills but are only meant to take the edge of your emotions until you work out your inner anxiety. Step back, take a look at who you are right now. What is most important to you is your family right now. If need be, the degree may have to put on the back burner just for a while until you feel comfortable in handling everyday stresses. The need you feel to punch walls and starting to feel anger is coming from the frustration that you are holding in. Knowing where your stressors lie helps. Good Luck with your doctor's appointment today.
