Hi everyone just want to know does anyone get burning feet with anxiety?

I get that and also the palm of my hands itch. I remember reading somewhere that allergies and the flight or fight response are equal

Not really, just tingling. Yet I get all kinds of burning sensations here and there in other areas, just not my feet. My anxiety causes so many weird symptoms I can't keep up. Docs keep telling me I am healthy. It can be frustrating. Just gotta keep going and trying to ignore it...lol, ugh.

I am suffering right now 😧its that time of the month and i woke up out of my sleep to a racing heartbeat and tried to remain calm but when your anxious its so hard

It is hard but let it pass, that always helps me. I let it pass and keep calm. You can do this. I know it is painful, but it will be ok. I'm sorry you're having a hard time.

Yes... particularly at night before bed.

I take Montelucast (Singulair) around 6 or 7 pm and it helps. I get itching, hives, and burning mostly in my extremities.
