Body numbness

So it's almost been a week not I have been having numbness in my face sometimes my neck and like the top of my hand and arms I go to sleep with it and wake up with it . It sometime switches sides it burns and itches and makes me feel weird has anyone else have this with aniexty or am I like dying or going crazy.

Well listen I been to the doctors and they said it was aniexty I was trying to see what other people think so if u wanna be rude and get annoyed at what I'm posting don't read my post I'm just someone suffering and wanted other people are going thru the same thing to talk to not to be talk down to from people like u

My feet go numb and get tingly from time to time. And so do my hands when I get really worked up with my anxiety. Just try and relax and not dwell on it. If your doctor said it was your anxiety then you should take their word. Or if you not comfortable get a second opinion from a different doctor. Hope you feel better!

Hi i get alot of numbness and tingling, i get it in my hands, fingers, arms, neck, face, tongue, it is awful, ive had tests scans, mri and they say it just anxiety due to not being able to relax, ive had physio, meds and im seeing a chiropractor at the moment which can be painful, nothing seems to be helping me.

My neck is bad most days at the moment and when my arms tingle its like the feeling when you have sat on your foot for a long time my arms will also feel weak.

My main problem at the moment is the pain in my neck under my right ear, it is so tight it spreads up my face making that tingle and i have a hot feeling too, my eye will twitch and i get a headache, i also get the lump in throat feeling like my throat is closing.

Im really fed up with this, i just try to get on with, im still going to work and doing things but it can be hard sometimes.
