Fluorescent lights?

Someone told me that fluorescentb lights Can set off anxiety is that a real thing ??

Oh Jenkral16, it was and is definitely for me. And all doctor's offices as well as conference rooms have fluorescent lighting. Stores do as well but the ceilings are higher. I don't know what it is that can set the anxiety off except for the fact that it flickers some and feeds into our anxious brain. Who knows, but you're not alone.

I work in a place with them and my anxiety definitely is worse there but I also hate my job lol but even at Walmart it seem pretty bad. I just didn't know it was a thing lol

Jenkral16, I was just reading that fluorescent lighting is an external anxiety trigger. Odd but true :)
