Fluttering / inner shakiness in the abdomen

So today i do not have lightheadedness but a sort fluttering feeling all over the abdomen. I checked my heart rate...it is around 78-80....still get the sensation as if it is racing away......does it sound familiar to anybody

That's good my HR is usually 90-120
