Can't sleep

1:00am here in U.K. And had enormous struggle with anxiety/D.r today. Felt I was getting better past week or so but a anxiety attack the day before seemed to trigger it all again. I usually sleep fine but tonight I simply can't, the d.r is scaring me and feel like I'm going to die tonight like I know it. Any tips ?

You sound like you know the routine a bit. But let me assure you, no matter how uncomfortable, no matter what symptoms occurr, they CANNOT kill you. Try to calm yourself, tell yourself that...ASMR YouTube videos can help you sleep...Tara Brach can too....u are safe....trust the quad trillion people who go through this.. relax..let your mind react and heel from whatever upset it. Do nothing...I mean that..its a kind of Harmony you give your subliminal mind

Your not going to die, deep down somewhere you know that in reality, your not dying! Its the scary sensations, your being fooled by the dreaded anxiety, breath through it slowly, let those unpleasant feelings/symptoms come and go, they cannot and won't kill you, your just feelung fear, go to a window and breath in some fresh air, try putting on some soothing sounds from youtube like rain or sea waves, you will get through this night, your safe, and there's many others feeling exactly the same as you right now, try your best to let the time pass xxx

Hi i also have this to scared to sleep cause a think a will die so scary its on my mind 24/7 a just fell so tired all the time
