I've been experiencing something that is bothering me a lot. I feel a fatigue in neck tension No pain. And with stiffness when I turn the neck. E type snap like sand. And now in the left jaw stiffness when I move my mouth. Horrible. I have done echocardiogram. complete blood test ultrason thyroid. I also x-ray of the chest. All normal. . Help me. I will be very thankful. I'm 40 years old. I do not know more what I do

I'm assuming you suffer from anxiety (health anxiety to be exact). I feel the same things as you do and it can get really annoying an bad.

I've had the same tests and they have come back normal. So I know it is just the anxiety.

If you dwell on them you feel it and be even more focused on them. It takes time to disregard them but it can be scary.

I guess at the end of the day you need to trust your doctors that everything is OK.
